The Public Policy Conference will start at 9:30 A.M. The 9:45 A.M. speaker will be Emily VanVleck, Vice President of Advocacy for NFBPWC, updating the Conference on national advocacy. The 11:00 A.M. speaker will be Darcy Totten, Executive Director of the California Commission on the Status of Women and Girls, speaking on “The California Women’s Well-Being Index.” At 12:30 CFBPW will present its Legislator of the Year Award to Assemblymember Stephanie Nguyen.
